Cats generally do not like water, and bathing them is often very difficult. In the article we will share how to properly bathe your fluffy pet.

If you do not have the opportunity to bathe the cat, just comb the animal regularly.

Adult cats do not need constant bathing. Animals take care of their own fur.

However, if the pet is very dirty, he needs the help of the owner.

When should you bathe a cat

If the animal is very dirty, try to wash only the bitten area with water.

If the cat is completely dirty, use a special shampoo for bathing, which is sold at the pet store.

Human care cosmetics can cause irritation and an allergic reaction in an animal.

Dog shampoo is also not suitable for cats.

If your cat needs regular bathing for medical reasons, a veterinarian can recommend an appropriate shampoo.

You will need:

  • Pet safe shampoo
  • Washcloth;
