Error 1

It happens that the dumplings begin to crack when cooking. 

This happens for the reason that the cold semi-finished product is thrown into boiling water. You don't have to do that.

As experienced cooks note, before cooking, it is recommended to soak frozen foods for a few minutes so that they become normal temperature and do not burst.

Error 2

It is better to put the dumplings in a warm, not bubbling liquid. 

At the same time, you need to stir the semi-finished product slightly with a slotted spoon to prevent sticking. 

Error 3

As soon as the water in the pan boils, it is advisable to pour in a little cold liquid so that the heating temperature remains uniform.
