An interesting taste will be made by one ingredient that is usually not added to pancake dough - cream cheese.

For cooking you will need: 3 eggs, 200 grams of cream cheese, a spoonful of sugar, a pinch of salt, half a glass of milk, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of soda, a spoonful of vinegar, 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of boiled cold water.

Cooking

Spread the cream cheese in a deep plate, add the eggs, pour in the milk, and add salt and sugar.

Whisk and mix all ingredients until smooth.

Now pour in the vinegar and bicarbonate of soda.

Now add flour and mix until the dough is smooth and thick.
