To prepare French fries in Korean, peel a kilogram of potatoes. We need a grater that chop vegetables into thin slices. You can use a mixer.

You need to grate the peeled potatoes on the slices to get "thin chips". To grate 1 kg of potatoes, it will take 5-10 minutes on the strength.

Add a little ground black pepper and dry garlic to the potatoes (to taste). You can use any spices - the flight of fancy is not limited. Thyme and rosemary go well with potatoes.

Remove the thick potato mass and cut into 1 cm thick sticks.

Heat deep-fryer in a saucepan to 160 degrees and lower the potato wedges. Fry potatoes until golden brown.
