Every housewife knows that before starting to form pies or other products, the baking dough must settle.

However, when it comes to cooking pancakes, if not most, then half of the housewives ignore this recommendation. But it's completely in vain.

How to cook dough for thin pancakes on kefir, which are not torn.

For cooking you will need:

  • 350 ml kefir;
  • 350 ml boiling water;
  • 2 pcs. egg;
  • 2 tbsp. sugar;
  • 1/2 tsp. backing soda;
  • 1/2 tsp salt;
  • 250 gr. flour;
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • salt to taste.

How to cook

First of all, you need to warm the kefir to room temperature. Then mix it with backing soda and leave for 5 minutes.

After that, you can add eggs, salt, sugar and mix everything.

Next, sift the flour into the mixture and mix with a whisk until smooth.

Then take boiling water and add to the dough, stirring vigorously. After that, you can add vegetable oil and leave the dough alone for 20 minutes.

Now you can heat the pan, vegetable oil and bake pancakes.

Serve with sour cream or jam.
