How to cook mulligan stew with flour

First you need to grate fresh beets and carrots on a coarse grater and put the vegetables in a heated pan.

Here we add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.

At this time, peel the tomato, finely chop it and add to the frying.

Season with tomato paste, a little vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.

If the frying is sour, you can add a little sugar.

The first part of the frying is ready and it can be sent to the pan.

Then pass the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until it becomes soft.
