When preparing the cheesecake, you do not need to bake, but should be left to cool in the refrigerator for several hours.

After hardening, the dessert is completely ready for use.

Ingredients for a tender no-bake cheesecake

For the filling, you will need:

  • Cream cheese;
  • Sour cream;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Vanilla;
  • Powdered sugar;
  • Whipped cream;
  • Salt.

For the base, you need:

  • Hard biscuit crumb;
  • Salted butter;
  • Cooking spray;
  • Powdered sugar.

To serve, you need mint, fresh or frozen berries.

How to cook cheesecake without baking

Follow the steps:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cookie crumbs, melted butter and icing sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and press firmly against the bottom and walls, for example, with a glass. Place the crust in the refrigerator.
  4. Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar in a bowl. Then stir in the sour cream with vanilla, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  5. Whip the cream to medium peaks and gradually add to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place filling on biscuit crust and spread.
  7. Cover the mold with a lid and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Before serving, remove the outer ring of the form, remove the parchment and decorate the dessert with fresh berries, lemon zest and mint.
