The music you choose while studying or falling asleep may have more in common than you think. 

A recent study by Aarhus University examined Spotify data and found similarities between the music used for these activities.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis revealed that both types of music shared characteristics, such as slow tempo and repetitive patterns. 

Genres like pop, lo-fi, classical, and ambient were commonly found in playlists for studying and sleeping.
