Any dish with dried mushrooms acquires a bright aroma, although very little mushrooms are required.

However, along with this, unpleasant bitterness can appear. Most often this happens when cooking soup with mushrooms.

For cooking you will need:

  • dried mushrooms - to taste;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 5-6 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;

At this time, prepare vegetables. Cut the potatoes, grate carrots, cut the onion into half rings or cook it whole, so that it would be easier to throw it away later.

Place the vegetables in a saucepan and place on the stove.

Bring to a boil, add salt and spices, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook without a lid until the potatoes are ready.

After that, turn off the heat, pour the cream into the pan and stir the soup, wait until it brews for 10-15 minutes under the lid, and then you can serve it to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.

Thanks to the added cream, there will be no trace of bitterness.

Bon appetit!
