How to cook

First, you need to cook in a pan with a thick bottom and high sides.

Only fresh and young meat is suitable for cooking.

Wash, dry it, and then cut into cubes or sticks.

You will have to cook in butter. Add it to a hot pan, and then chopped beef.

Cut a lot of onion into half rings.

Fry the ingredients and mix, then cover with a lid and put on a minimal heat so that the juice does not evaporate until the product is ready. This will take about an hour.

All this time, you cannot disturb the meat and open the lid.

After that, lift the lid, fry the meat and only then add salt and spices.

There are no limitations here, so you need to act according to your taste.

Serve beef with fresh vegetables.
